At Ricky’s Asian Fusion, our diverse menu offers a wide range of flavors - from sweet and savory to mild and spicy. To enhance your experience, we’ve selected wine pairings that complement both familiar favorites and new dishes you may be discovering for the first time. These are simply recommendations, so feel free to bring along any wine you enjoy - we’re happy to pop the cork for you!
Asian fusion can span Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and beyond, often mixing sweet, spicy, savory, and umami flavors. The best wines are usually aromatic, fruit-forward, and balanced by good acidity to handle spice and bold sauces.

Look for slight sweetness and low alcohol to tame heat:
Riesling (off-dry)
This is one of the best all-around choices.
Gewürztraminer
This is floral, slightly sweet, and great with chili heat.
Moscato
This here is light, sweet, and refreshing.

High acidity helps cut through richness:
Sauvignon Blanc
Nice and crisp, citrusy, and great with herbs and lime.
Pinot Grigio
A clean and versatile wine.
Chenin Blanc
One that works well with soy-based sauces.

Light, fruit-forward reds:
(Yes, we said reds!)
Pinot Noir
Wine ideal for duck, pork, or teriyaki.
Gamay (Beaujolais)
This is low tannin, and bright fruit.
Zinfandel (lighter styles)
Always good with sweet-savory glazes.

Try these selections of wines for lighter fare / seafood:
Sparkling wine or Champagne These are extremely food-friendly.
Albariño
Excellent with seafood and citrus flavors.
Dry Rosé
Considered flexible with mixed flavors.

Easy to use, easy to order. Thanks for visiting!
